Where Can I Purchase Tickets?

When Will I Receive My Ticket?

Tickets will be mailed starting November 1st. Please note that because of the postal strike we will be using a courier service. All Yule Ball ticket holders will receive a special invitation letter with their ticket prior to the event. Yule Time Market ticket holders will be sent another E-ticket to be used for entry. Once you arrive at the event, please visit our registration desk for an original ticket.

What Happens If I Did Not Enter My Address With My Payment?

Our customer service team will be contacting ticket holders through email starting in early October to either confirm the address on file or to take your address, if not entered during your purchase. Everyone will be contacted.

Can I Send A Yule Ball Ticket To A Different Address?

Yes! Please contact our customer service department at info@mugglesandmagic.ca to make arrangements.

What Is The Difference In The Tiered Pricing?

We are proud to offer the public early bird discounts to the Yule Ball. The services are the same but we do encourage attendees to purchase their tickets early to take advantage of the discounted price.

Is there a cost for coat check?

Yes, coatcheck is $3

What Is The Dress Code For The Yule Ball?

Wizarding/formal attire is encouraged, but Muggle dress is also welcomed. Think classy, formal and fun.

I've Sent An Email When Can I Expect To Receive A Response?

We are trying our very best to respond in a timely manner. We’ve received quite a bit of email in regards to the event. We appreciate your patience and we will get back to each and every one of your queries.

Will You Be Updating The Website With More Information About The Event?

Yes! We will be updating the site with a list of vendors, entertainers and special guests for the Yule Time Magic Market and the Ball.
